Mosaic coaching support is provided by Christina Martin, a specialist teacher, trainer and coach. Her own neurodiversity informs her practice. She holds a current DBS certificate.

Christina is experienced in one-to-one study skills coaching for university students and in delivering neurodiversity training to organisations including schools, University, Safeguarding settings and in the Justice System.

Mosaic's practice centres on introducing strategies designed to strengthen academic achievement, promote resilience in education and at work, always keeping the uniqueness of each individual at the forefront.

Christina Martin has AMBDA status and is a member of various professional associations including PATOSS, the British Dyslexia Association, the Dyspraxia Foundation and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

Studying in the Library

In partnership with Even Better, Mosaic designed and delivered the Neurodiversity Access Programme (NAP) for neurodiverse students arriving at Northumbria University, from 2019 to 2021, and achieved a 100% retention rate.
